I was playing Pokemon Ultra Moon, and was about to evolve Rockruff, when I realized I was playing at the wrong time. Will I have a chance to evolve it again? If so, at what time? This is the event Rockruff, so it's vital.
The most common of them is Evolution by leveling up at or above a certain level.
source So your Rockruff can still evolve as long as it's not level 100.
It evolves from Rockruff starting at level 25. The form it takes upon evolving depends on the game it was evolved in. In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, special Rockruff with Own Tempo evolves into Dusk Form Lycanroc from 5 pm to 5:59 pm in in-game time (which is opposite the real time in Pokémon Ultra Moon).
source So just level it up again sometime between 5:00 and 6:00 pm (am in UM).
