Is midday form Lycanroc a good sweeper?

I am currently EV training a midday form lycanroc in speed and attack and I just want to know if it's worth it.
Move-set:

• Accelerock
• Rock Tomb
• Howl
• Crunch
  Pls tell me if this is a good move-set and if lycanrock is good for sweeping WHOLE teams

In Anything Goes, it's outclassed by Arceus.
In Battle Spot Singles, there are therian Landoruses everywhere that can intimidate Lycanroc, survive any of its attacks, and quickly defeat it with earthquake.
In Monotype, it's outclassed by Terrakion.
In NU, it's outclassed by Omastar.
In OU, there are therian Landoruses everywhere that can intimidate Lycanroc, survive any of its attacks, and quickly defeat it with earthquake.
In PU, there are Qwilfishes everywhere that can intimidate Lycanroc, survive any of its attacks, and quickly defeat it with scald.
In RU, it's outclassed by Rhyperior.
In Ubers, there are primal Groudons everywhere that can survive any of Lycanroc's attacks and quickly defeat it with precipice blades.
In UU, it's outclassed by mega Aerodactyl.

tldr It's not a good sweeper.
