What does this message from Pokemon Showdown mean?

Did I understand this wrong?
When I was playing on showdown, I types the following command:
/learn Victini, V-create
And then the answer was:
In Gen 7, Victini can learn V-create only when obtained from:
gen 5 event: 1 victini, 2 victini
gen 6 event: 3 victini, 5 victini
gen 7 event: 6 victini

I don't really understand what this means, can anyone tell me? Also, they say there is a V-create Victini event in gen7. Does this mean we can get one in Sun / Moon / Ultra Sun / Ultra Moon? Please help.

This Victini was distributed via local wireless at Pokémon Center stores and Pokémon Stores in Japan from June 30 to September 3, 2017. It was distributed to promote the reopening of the Pokémon Center Tohoku.
