Can moves with infinite accuracy bypass the confusion ailment?

Can moves like Magic Leaf, Swift, and Aura Sphere- that ignore accuracy and evasion- still execute if your Pokemon is confused?

There are no moves that are guaranteed to work when the user is confused, but I don't have a good source for this and really don't want to test all the moves just to be sure.

Yeah same here it's the chance that ur confused and can't hit. Aura Sphere is still guaranteed to hit if it works though.

When a confused Pokemon tries to use those moves, it still has a 1/4 chance of hurting itself.

Are you sure about a quarter?  I thought Pokemon have a 50% of hurting themselves.
