How do I trade between Black and Alpha Sapphire?

I'm pretty sure Pokemon in Black can be deposited in Pokemon Bank and withdrawn in Alpha Sapphire, and the only way to transfer the other way is by hacking.

You use Pokemon bank/transporter to transfer mons to 6th gen and up.
