If Ultra Necrozma has the exact same Attack and Special Attack, then which one will the Z-Move choose?

I think Z-Moves is the same as the move you use for example if you use a physical move the z move will be physical and if you use a special move the z move will be special

Ultra Necrozma's Z-Move deals damage based on Attack or Special Attack, whichever is higher. I want to know what happens if both stats are the same.

if its Special Attack is equal to or greater than its Attack, the damage will factor in the user's Special Attack and the target's Special Defense.
