Zen-Darmanitan has a great potential in battle and I'd like to try it out.

If it has Sheer Force, it isn't a Zen. It's Zen because it has Zen Mode, not Sheer Force.

You need to hack the game. Darmanitan only changes its form if its Ability is Zen Mode. So a Sheer Force Darmanitan won't go into Zen Mode because it doesn't have the right Ability.
