Is Alolan Marowak the only Fire type that can learn an Ice move (not counting hidden power)?

Alolan Marowak can learn Ice Beam and Blizzard :P.
Is this the only fire type that can learn an Ice move that is not Hidden Power Ice?
If there are other Fire types that can learn Ice moves, could you list them?

(Just realized that Castform technically can turn into a Fire type and can learn Blizzard, Powder Snow, and Ice Beam)

No. Litwick can actually learn Haze via Breeding.

EDIT: Volcanion also learns Mist and Haze. Victini can learn Glaciate, Oricorio can learn Icy Wind, and Reshiram can learn Mist.

Also, it's worth mentioning that many fire type Pokémon, such as Magcargo and Typhlosion, can use Frost Breath via Nature Power on certain terrain. Same goes for Ice Beam.

Victini can learn Glaciate, Oricorio can learn Icy Wind, and Reshiram can learn Mist. Arceus-Fire and Silvally-Fire can also learn several Ice moves if you want to count them.

The question asked if Alolan Marowak was the only fire type that can learn an ice move. Who cares if XYZ fire types can learn XYZ ice moves? I answered the question using some Pokémon as source, so I think it's fine. But I think the asker will appreciate knowing all the Pokémon, so thanks for telling me anyways.

And about Victini knowing Glaciate, PokemonDB didn't include event-only moves when I clicked on Glaciate. Kyurem was the only Pokémon that popped up, I'm pretty sure.
