Generation 8! It hasn't released. Probably we won't be able to transfer them. Because we aren't sure totem Pokemon will exist in Gen 8. GameFreak may let us transfer them in another way, but we aren't sure.
Spiky Eared pikachu and Cosplay Pikachu. You can't get them in Generation 7. Since we can't transfer Cosplay pikachu to generation 7, probably we won't be able to transfer totem Pokemon to gen 8. Maybe GameFreak loves to make them Generation-exclusive Pokemon.
That's what I believe.
