Special 2018 Event Pokemon in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire?

I was reading the announcment on this website about special event Pokemon, you can see it on the homepage. Are these Pokemon available in Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby, or just sun/moon and Usun/Umoon?

The Pokemon are not available in ORAS as the special event Pokemon are only available to the latest generation hope this helped!

No. They aren't avaliable in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
