In Mentrome Battle, you can use Pokestar Studios Pokémon. I don’t know exactly which Pokestar studios Pokémon that was, but that person probably used one and nicknamed it “Just Monika” after the girl from Doki Doki Literature Club.

I looked on bulbapedia about this and apparently the character they were using is named Monica.
