Can the Glitch City glitch in Yellow VC harm your save file?

https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Glitch_City has no mention of any possible save file damage, unless you count getting stuck in there as damage. By the way, GlitchxCity is a Youtuber who I have heard of for some reason.

I'm pretty sure it can only harm your save file if you count getting trapped in a Glitch City as "harm". Though if someone shows me how I'm wrong I'll probably hide this answer.
