Does Hoopa retain its EVs if its form is changed, then changed back again?

So I EV trained a Hoopa Unbound. If it becomes a normal Hoopa and then Unbound, will the EV training stay?

Yes. It's like a Castform changing forms. It keeps its IVs and nature, but changes its stats.
