Breeding down tm moves form past gernations?

Question

So I want an Absol in gen 7 to have the moves Hone claws and play rough. Play rough is through the Field group (smeargle) and I noticed that hone claws was a tm in gen 5 and 6. So my question ultimately is:
can you pass down past tm moves from past gens down to offspiring in gen 7?

sadly no. the offspring absol will never get hone claws unless you breed the absol in gen 5/6 and teach it the tm.
