Mega Tyranitar or Mega Blaziken?

I have a Blaziken and a Tyranitar and I can't decide which Mega would be better to use. (This is for competitive use.)

use mega blaziken cause it is in ubers, gets a better ability speed boost, better speed, and regular tyranitar is better than mega tyranitar so you can waste your mega stone on blaziken
