Which of Salamence, Tyranitar and Gengar should I Mega Evolve for my team?

Question

Who Should I mega evolve for my team Salamence or Tyranitar or Gengar. The rest of my team is Greninja, Heatran, and of course Jolteon But don't worry to much about them right now I'm looking for who would be the strongest individually with the mega stone. I am taking movest suggestions but please only base your answers on the movesets below. So overall in an answer for me to give the BA I would like to see base stats type matchups and movesets all considered in your response.

I'm pretty sure Salamence is the best because I kind of remember it being one of the most viable Pokemon back in ORAS Ubers.

I choose salamence.
Not only is it rawly the best BST Pokemon here, but it is incredibly viable, and pretty much the best choice. I recommend you replace Fly with Return, as it maxes out at over 100 base power, with the addition of flying type from aerialate, and it doesn't give your opponents an easy switch-out turn. it has brilliant base speed and attack, making it a great physical sweeper, setting up dragon dance on turn one and using powerful hard-hitting attacks after. it can also take a few hits with its great defense, allowing it to last longer as a sweeper and do much more fast damage by giving it opportunities to set up multiple dragon dances. I personally recommend this above the other sets.
