i Don’t Know all the Pokemon but here are a few:

Charmander could learn metal claw by level up in Gen1
Pikachu can no longer learn skull bash, mega punch/kick
Shedinja used to be able to learn swords dance in gen 4
Machamp used to be able to use fissure
Flareon could use rage in gen1
Articuno can no longer learn bubblebeam like ion gen1gen1

And i’m Sure there a many more but these are some that come to mind if you go to seribii.net there is a list called transfer only moves, you should find more answers there. These links contain all the info that you would need, hope this helped:)

Converted into a comment because this is very obviously an incomplete answer. Don't answer if you know that you can't fully answer the question.
Dumb question, but considering the introduction of transferring from Gen 1 and Gen 2 Virtual Console, doesn't that mean that those exceptions are completely out of the question?
What exceptions?
An exception that comes to mind are the Gen 1 TMs, there's a lot of real weird moves like Rage and Bubblebeam that could only be learned in RBY.

It's not clear exactly what you're looking for, because the answer is almost every Pokemon has moves they could learn in a previous generation but now can't. It would be impossible to list them all here - there are over 8800 moves. That's what the "transfer-only moves" shows in our Pokedex.

There are just a few exceptions, i.e. Pokemon who don't have transfer moves:

  • Caterpie
  • Metapod
  • Weedle
  • Kakuna
  • Magikarp
  • Ditto
  • Unown
  • Wobbuffet
  • Smeargle
  • Wurmple
  • Silcoon
  • Cascoon
  • Wynaut
  • Tynamo
  • Scatterbug
  • Spewpa

Their moves have stayed pretty much the same throughout the generations.
