I need a good grass type pokemon for pkemon heartgold?

Quilaval lv 25
Noctowl lv 25
Flaaffy lv25
Umbreon (training mabye having)lv 22

I'm thinking something like either Sunflora or Victreebel. With Sunflora, you could use it to power up Quilava and itself with sunny day, and do damage as well. Or you could use Victreebel for statuses and doing good damage as well.
