Suspect tests for the "official" formats (the usage tiers, LC, Monotype, DOU) should appear on Smogon's front page. However, they usually get mixed in with other non-suspect-related news. Also, there are several dozen OMs that are so obscure that they don't have ladders, so they could be suspect testing something and almost nobody will hear about them.
