How do I change the difficulty in let's go eevee?

I heard a youtuber mention playing on "easy mode".
I know the game is meant to be the easiest ever, but how do I make it hard?

There isn't a hard mode. That YouTuber probably means Potions, Switch mode, and as Fizzy mentioned, Candy's.

There is actually no option of changing difficulty in the game.
