What Pokémon do I need to beat Giovanni in Let’s Go Eevee?

What Pokémon could I use to instantly get Giovanni’s badge? Not instantly, but I at least want to hear some super effective Pokémon to win the battle. Please don’t include Pokémon that are super hard to evolve or un accesible Pokes such as Mewtwo or Snorlax.

I think you need an Eevee with both sappy seed and freezy frost and not much else.
