Just go to Pokémon Data -> Pokédex -> and scroll down to the Other Pokédexes column where you'll see Shiny Dex. From there, just scroll on down the list of Shiny Pokémon until you see an pink ones that are obtainable in USUM.

Dragonite is Green with purple wings, though Kommo-o is perfect, it is light green and pink. Also, it is complete!
