What is the crit chance after a Z-Tailwind?

Say my Kartana uses Z-Tailwind. It's Critical Hit Ratio goes up by 2. What is the chance of getting a Critical Hit now if I use Sacred Sword?

Z-Tailwind increases the user's crit rate by two stages, which would result in a 50% crit chance when using a move like Sacred Sword that does not have a natural high-crit rate.
If you were to use a move like Leaf Blade that starts out with a high-crit rate, using Z-Tailwind would give you a 100% crit chance.
