So say there's two Pokemon with Disable and they use it on same turn. Or better someone copycats a Disable. Would both moves be disabled or just the one that went first.

I think you need to clarify. Can you make it like
Turn 1 of battle: guy 1 does this and guy 2 does this
Turn 2 of battle: guy 1 does this and guy 2 does this
Turn 3 of battle: guy 1 does this and guy 2 does this
Turn 4 of battle: guy 1 does this and guy 2 does this
etc...
if you do that it would make answering this easier for me

Yes, you can disable Disable. Disable affects whichever move the target used last (or fails if the target hasn’t made a move since being sent out), so if two Pokémon use Disable on the same turn, the faster one will disable the move the slower one used last turn, and the slower one would disable the other’s Disable.
