If your pokemon had pokerus can they get it again?

My pokemon had pokerus but some still have it in the PC. Can my party pokemon get it again from them?

No, if your Pokemon no longer has Pokerus, they are immune. You will be able to tell because they show a smiley face somewhere on the summary screen.

If it still says PKRS they can spread it to other Pokemon.

But they will still get the double EV effect of pokerus, even after being cured.
