So I was trading between my Diamond and Pearl versions and I traded my glitch Kadabra from Emerald to Pearl and I traded it to Diamond. I forgot that it would evolve so when it started, I started pressing the B button to stop it; but it didn't! The evolution cutscene kept going even though I was mashing B the whole time. Is this because it was a glitch Kadabra or something?
You can't B-cancel stone evolutions or trade evolutions. Additionally, Kadabra is unique among trade evolutions in that even an Everstone doesn't stop it from evolving.
