Why does my kadabra has only move?

Why does my Aldabra reach to level 100 but it has only “teleport” and I am playing emarald version

The other moves may have been forgotten by the move deleter. You can still teach it moves by talking to the move reminder in Fallarbor Town.

Most likely, it was left in the Daycare when it was still an Abra until it was a very high level before it was evolved into Kadabra. The highest level that Kadabra learns a move is 47, so if it was evolved after that (48 or higher) it will not learn any moves on it's own.
