Does hatching eggs in Ultra Space change the chances of hatching a shiny?

I want to hatch shiny Pokemon to give to my friend who just started his adventure on Ultra Moon. Does the chance of hatching a shiny change if your in Ultra Space Wilds or Ultra Megalopolis?

Masuda Method is the best way to get shinies from eggs. I got myself a shiny ditto from one. TBH I prefer SOS, but whatever

You can't hatch Ditto, though.

No it won’t increase the chance because the shinyness is determined before the egg hatches.
