What are all the locations in the Gen 5 games with interactive instruments in the OST?

For example, the NPCs that play instruments in certain towns or how in the Badge Check Gates a different instrument is added every time you pass through a gate.

Yeah, I think this is a good enough answer for me. I'm pretty sure the Badge Check Gates is the only example of layered instruments anyway, but other than that, this link pretty much has everything I'm looking for. Thank you!
