Anyone know the title of the song that plays when Ash recognises the legendary Pokemon on the wall?

Season 1 - Episode 2 - Pokemon emergency. Ash recognises the legendary Pokemon on the wall of the Pokemon centre.
The soundtrack appears in some later episodes also... It's very epic and I can't seem to find it anywhere...

I think I might have figured it out, but if it appears in later episodes can you tell what are they? It would be easier for me to identify the music.

My best guess at the moment is "Tears After a Cloudy Weather"

It's definitely not - Tears After a Cloudy Weather. It also appears in season 1 ep. 60 - Riddle me this (when they discover the volcano gym) and ep. 47 when Team Rocket reaveals the stage for Jigglypuf.

I doubt it's anywhere other than in the episodes it appears in. A short piece of music from a 20 year old anime that was made at a time when music streaming services weren't really a thing yet has an EXTREMELY low chance of being found and recognized anywhere. Sorry
