Which Pokemon is better to use to help me shiny hunt in Pokemon diamond/pearl?

Im curious I heard you can use jigglypuff with his/her cute charm ability I was just curious if their is other Pokemon that might be able to help find shiny Pokemon?

I’d just like to point out that Cute Charm only improves the shiny chance if your TID/SID combo falls within a certain range, in case you didn’t know.

Other than cute charm, the only ways to increase the shiny chance are breeding 2 Pokemon from games of different languages and Poke radar chaining.
