In which games do you need Rock Smash to progress?

Rock Smash. It breaks rocks, sometimes it avoids a trainer battle but what is the point of it, rather than avoiding trainer battles?

It's definitely a required move in RSE and DPPt. It might also be required in GSC, FRLG, HGSS, and XY.

I believe the only games that require Rock Smash to progress after a certain point are R/S/E, D/P/Pt, and OR/AS
