In ultra sun I beat the girl who is a kahuna who has mudsdale. Why won’t my level 100 Pokémon obey me?

So yeah.
None of my level 100s obey me, despite beating the 4 island Kahunas.

In order to control your level 100 Pokemon, you have to defeat the elite four and the champion. Right now, you can only control Pokemon up to level 80.
