PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

So I noticed there was a place in Pokémon Blue that looked really suspicious. I caught some Muk and Magmar there. I don’t know what it’s called but there were some books. Can anyone tell me what the poke said.

Also I noticed something about Mew being discovered in South Africa or South America or something. If I did read that correctly and was not high when I read that then is it mentioned that Mew was found there again in any other games/ anime/ manga?

Finally, how many times is the real world mentioned in Blue. The first time I think out of all the games was Gym Leader Surge being nicknamed the lightning American. Do any other Pokémon games reference the real world (excluding NPC’s speaking foreign language in a game that that language is not).

Oh yeah and I remember that something about Mew giving birth to Mew? I can’t exactly remember what was in that mansion.
I changed the title so it asks a direct question. If you can think of a better one, you should change it again.

Mew's Pokedex entries in Stadium and FR mention South America, but its location in Emerald and the Pokemon Adventures manga is simply Faraway Island. I don't think any of the animes name Mew's location.
