Where to get an Ice stone?

I got the Ice stone in Po Town, and when I looked online, it said you could buy one from Konikoni city, but it wasn't there! Is it true? If not, where can I get another? I used my first one on Sandshrew, but I need another for Vulpix!
This is in UM by the way.

You can farm them infinitely using Poke Pelago.

The only repeatable methods are the Poke Pelago interesting item hunting and brilliant stone hunting will give you an Ice Stone.

Otherwise you can transfer all your Pokémon to poke bank and restart your game or you can ask for a someone to trade you one.
