Pikachu with volt tackle wont use pikanium z?

so I have my pikachu with volt tackle but I wont use the pikanium z. It says that theres no move available for that z move. (pokemon sun) (kanto cap pikachu)

Pikanium Z Let’s Pikachu not in a cap turn Volt tackle into Catastropika.

There is no Z-Move for Pikachu in a cap with Volt tackle. Only cap Pikachu with thunderbolt.
