Fighting Type attacks shouldn't hit a Ghost Type Pokemon so why did contact happen? Here's the transcript since Lopunny came out (the attack was at turn 10). Remember this is Gen 6.

Turn 7
Dodrio used Brave Bird!
(The opposing Charm lost 48% of its health!)
Dodrio was damaged by the recoil!
Dodrio lost some of its HP!

The opposing Charm fainted!

Hashimoto Konejita sent out QueenB❤ (Lopunny-Mega)!

Turn 8
Dodrio, come back!
Go! Tyranitar!
[Tyranitar's Sand Stream]
A sandstorm kicked up!

The opposing QueenB❤ used Fake Out!
It's not very effective...
(Tyranitar lost 9% of its health!)

The sandstorm is raging.
The opposing QueenB❤ is buffeted by the sandstorm!
Tyranitar restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Turn 9
The opposing QueenB❤ used High Jump Kick!
It's super effective!
(Tyranitar lost 97% of its health!)

Tyranitar fainted!

The sandstorm is raging.
The opposing QueenB❤ is buffeted by the sandstorm!

Go! Lucario!

Turn 10

Lucario, come back!
Go! Jellicent!

The opposing QueenB❤ used High Jump Kick!
(Jellicent lost 42% of its health!)
[Jellicent's Cursed Body]
The opposing QueenB❤'s High Jump Kick was disabled!

Jellicent fainted!

The sandstorm is raging.
The opposing QueenB❤ is buffeted by the sandstorm!

The answer is here. https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/7678/ Does this count as a duplicate question?
Also you can save Showdown! replays by clicking the "upload/share replay" button after the battle ends. That's usually more helpful than copy-pasting transcripts.
I wouldn't call it a duplication.  The other is asking generally "how do you hit ghosts with Normal or Fighting moves?"  This one is asking specifically why Mega-Lopunny was able to successfully hit Jellicent with Hi-Jump Kick.

Mega Lopunny ability is Scrappy. Scrappy allows normal and fighting type moves to hit ghost types. That's why high jump kick hit jour Jellicent. There's a reason it was my Ace in gen 7.
