Do Stalwart, Propeller Tail, and Snipe Shot change their target when Ally Switch is used?

Your Pokémon uses the move Snipe Shot or has the ability Stalwart / Propeller Tail, but your opponent uses Ally Switch. Will your Pokémon's attack stay on the same target slot, and hit the Pokémon the player didn't intend to hit, or change target slots, hitting the Pokémon that was originally targeted?

Source: My opponents had Arcanine and Rotom-M on the field. I targeted Arcanine down with my Propeller Tail Barraskewda. Their Rotom-M used Ally Switch. My Barrakewda OHKOed their Arcanine.
