What are all the ways to get Bidoof in Shield?

I really want to get a Bidoof on my team for some reason, but this site says I have to migrate from other Generations. What are the ways to obtaining this Pokemon?

Bidoof is unfortunately not in Sword and Shield. You also can't transfer a Bidoof over with Pokemon Home, so you have to hope it appears in the Sword and Shield DLC.

Bidoof (Or Bibarel) are not obtainable at all in Sword and Shield. You can’t find it in the wild, and you can’t transfer it over with HOME. Bidoof and Bibarel aren’t in the code for the game, so they don’t exist in SwSh.

They might become available during the DLC.
