If you beat Mina in LGPE, you get a Bottle Cap. You can repeat this process daily.
The only way to get Gold Bottle Caps and a second way to get normal Bottle Caps, you should go to the Rocket Game Corner and find these hidden on the floor.

Hyper training as in can you still hyper train in Sw/Sh or as in does the Pokémon you hyper trained carry over?
