Why does my Toxtricity do something else then normal Pokémon do with Pokéball toys in Pokémon camp?

Question

Other Pokémon pick up the Pokéball if I throw one and come close to me so I can pick it up. Though Toxtricity amped form kinda hits it and the pokeball comes to me and I automatically take it without pressing any buttons.
Why don't other Pokémon do this ???

Some Pokémon hit the ball back to you instead of picking it up, like lucario and eevee. So that’s what’s going on!

In the Pokemon refresh in USUM, each Pokemon has a unique petting response, and it could be like that.

But the other Pokémon have the same response by just bringing it

Some pokémon can't pick up the ball, so they kick it. Some can only pick up big balls and some only small.
