I'm playing Pokemon platinum and I I'm trying to breed a bagon with the moves outrage and dragon dance. I put a female bagon and a male Dragonite with the moves outrage and dragon dance in the day care. I hatched the egg and a bagon hatched but it only had the moves rage and dragon dance. What I'm trying to say is why does my bagon only has rage and dragon dance but not outrage and dragon dance.
