I'm having issues passing Extrasensory to Roselia. It's listed as an egg move on this site and Serebii, but regardless of the parent combo I use it will not pass down to Roselia. I'm not sure what's going on. I've been hitting the same issue with other egg moves on random Pokemon too.

What Pokémon are you using to pass the egg move?
So far I've tried using 2 different Rosarade that have extrasensory on them. Not sure what's happening. Trying Exeggutor now.
I tried Exeggutor and that didn't work either. I'm so confused and irritated.
Which game are you playing?
I'm playing Ultra Moon. It's on the egg move list for Ultra Moon. Forgot to include that in my post. It's like the games not even reading that it's an egg move. Guess I'm gonna move on to a different move. This has got me really frustrated.

There are two reasons why Extrasensory wasn't passed down to your Roselia in Ultra Moon.

1: You didn't use compatible parents
The Pokemon who can pass down Extrasensory to Roselia in Ultra Moon are Exeggcute and Nuzleaf. Exeggutor and Roserade aren't compatable Pokemon to pass down Extrasensory.

2: Extrasensory gets passed down to Budew, NOT Roselia in Ultra Moon
On Roselia's Gen 7 Egg Move Page, Extrasensory is marked with a dagger, which means:

Moves marked with a dagger (†) can only be bred onto Roselia if it hatches as a Budew, and cannot be obtained otherwise.

This means that you have to pass on Extrasensory to Roselia as a Budew. So, if you want to have a Roselia with Extrasensory, have either your female Roselia and your choice of Exeggutor and Nuzleaf with the move Extrasensory hold the Rose Incense so the egg will hatch into a Budew that will have Extrasensory.

Let me know if you have any questions. Hope this helps. :)
