What moves do wild relicanth know In USUM?

I want to S.O.S chain for a shiny one, but I am worried that it might have head smash. Can someone tell me? Thank you in advance

The levels can range anywhere from 10 to 44, but none will have Head Smash, as Relicanth learns that at Level 56.
