I want a Gigantamax but I don’t really know which ones are any good compared to their Dynamax counterparts. If you could help that would be much appreciated. Thanks

For an in-game play through I would go with Lapras. Lapras has good HP to give it really good bulk. Combined with its G-max move, Max Resonance, you can survive all day. Max Resonance has 140 base power and the halves damage from Physical and Special moves. If you Dynamax near the start of middle of the Battle, and then you can do all the damage you want, and only take half damage. Also, Lapras has good moves like Surf, Ice Beam for STAB and Thunderbolt, Dragon Pulse, Psychic and Hyper Voice for coverage. So, due to Lapras' good coverage options, Very helpful Max Resonance, I believe that Lapras is a very good choice for your playthrpugh. Hope I helped!

For in-game playthrough, I would recommend Lapras or snorlax
Lapras has decent bulk and overall great stats. It's G-max resonance is super powerful and can reduce the damage your Pokémon receive for five turns. Also Lapras has an amazing movepool so you can use it to your advantage too.

Snorlax is very bulky and has great coverage with zen headbutt, high Horsepower, etc.
With good stats, including a massive 160 base HP, Snorlax is going to be sticking around on the field for a solid amount of time. Using the time spent Gigantimaxed to set up might not be a bad idea, but even if you just want a solid tank with lots of options, this is the safest pick in the game.

G-Max Replenish also automatically recycles berries, meaning Snorlax can just keep munching on whatever effect berry you want to give it.
