Does power herb remove the effects of skull bash and meteor beam?

Skull bash and meteor beam both raise a stat on the waiting turn so does power herb remove it or not

I don't see why not.  It Just makes a two turn move into one, but it doesn't skip the first turn.  Unfortunately, I have no source.

No.
It boosts the stat, then the power herb activates and uses the move. The stat boost stays.
