How do I get timer balls in ORAS?

Question

So I saw crescent isle today, and I didn’t think it was that big a deal until I realized how rare it was, so I have decided I will soft reset for a shiny Cresselia. I think timer balls will be great to catch it, but I can’t find them.
I read that they are at the Rustboro Pokemart, buuut nobody is selling timer balls there. Could someone tell me where I get em?

Before you can get Timer Balls in Rustboro, you must talk to the Devon employee near the cave where you saved Peeko. After doing so, Timer Balls may be bought at Rusboro's Pokemart at any time.
