How did moonblast affect my bulletproof kommo-o?

So this guy sent out clefable, and me kommo-o. My kommo-o's ability is bulletproof, and it says all moves ending with bomb, ball, and blast such as sludge bomb, focus blast, etc. But how did this moonblast effect my kommo-o?
