Today I was talking with a friend and he said that he heard that I already bought the Isle of Armor, and when I went to the e-shop it said it was purchased. I checked for a update and there wasn't one, so I assumed it already updated. But when I logged into the game, I never received an Armor Pass. Can you help me?

A few things to check:

  • From the Switch home screen, press + when on Sword/Shield and go to Software Update in the menu (I think you've already done this).
  • Did you buy the correct DLC? There is one for Sword and one for Shield and you must buy the one matching the game you're playing.
  • Double check if the Armor Pass is in fact in your bag in the game.
  • Head to Wedgehurst station anyway and see if you can go to the Isle or Armor or Crown Tundra.
