I saw that there are weather dates but when I tried them I realized that they did not work. So are there specific weather dates to each area? If so, could someone help me with what dates make which weather in the Old Cemetery. I am shiny hunting Drakloak and saw that he had a 100% chance to spawn during a sandtorm.

Snowstorm: 1/31/2020
Cloudy: 3/31/2020
Clear: 4/30/2020
Intense Sun: 5/31/2020
Snow: 6/30/2020
Fog: 7/31/2020
Sandstorm: Sandstorm does not appear in the Crown Tundra
Rain: Rain does not occur in the snowy areas of the Crown Tundra.
Thunderstorm: Thunderstorm does not occur in the snowy areas of the Crown Tundra.

To change the date on your Nintendo Switch, make sure that everything is closed down, that you have no games running. Then go to System Settings>System>Date and Time. First, you need to uncheck the Synchronize the Clock via the Internet, as this will stop your date from defaulting back to the real one. Next, go to the Date and Time and set it to the desired date above to get the weather you want.

Drakloak can be caught in the Old Cemetery under any weather condition, but has a .09% encounter rate.

If the dates aren't working, I recommend double-checking that you've done everything necessary to allow the altered time to affect the game. Best of luck.

In the Crown Tundra, things are slightly different because the weather is based on the fifteenth day of each month.
Jan 15 - Fog
Feb 15 - Overcast
March 15 - Clear
April 15 - Rain
May 15 - Sun
June 15 - Rain
July 15 - Thunder
Aug 15 - Thunder
Sept 15 - Clear
Oct 15 - Fog
Nov 15 - Clear
Dec 15 - Sun

So if you want to find certain Pokemon quickly, change your Switch clock's date to one of these, and the weather will be as listed.

As for Drakloak, according to this source it can be found in all listed weather as a visible encounter in the Old Cemetery. However, it is a rare spawn.
